Connect by text, audio, or video with a licensed therapist for mental health help online. Currently available in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Yukon, Nunavut, and Prince Edward Island.

No appointment necessary. Simply select the topic you’d like to discuss with the therapist.
Consultations are $120 and sessions are 50 minutes in length. If you have insurance, the cost is typically covered by health benefit plans.
Next, choose when you want to speak with the therapist.
You can book a visit at a time that’s most convenient for you. Or, you can choose to speak with someone as soon as possible — you’ll hear back from the therapist directly in 12 hours or less.
If the therapist isn’t able to help based on the details of your request, they’ll let you know in advance, and you won’t be charged.

You can speak with the therapist through text, audio, or video depending on what feels most comfortable. Many benefit programs cover the fee for a consultation with a therapist on Maple (MSW RSW or RP). Check with your benefits provider to see if this is something that’s available to you. The therapist’s license number will appear on your Maple receipt.

Denise is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work Degree. She has 20+ years experience helping individuals with stress, loss, anxiety, depression and family dynamic changes associated with them, providing support with life’s challenges through compassion and empathy. At the same time providing emotional and cultural safety . Denise provides care in English.
Gabriela is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She has 5 years of experience in clinical therapy working with individuals 14+. Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, workplace stress and burnout, perfectionism, OCD, chronic pain and relationship stressors. Gabriela specializes and uses CBT, ACT, solution focused, and motivational interviewing approach in her interventions. Gabriela provides care in English and Spanish.
